PayKings Merchant Payments Acceptance Corp. in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a proactive partnerships and referrals specialist to own and grow our referral partner channel.

You will recruit business consultants, CPAs, web and marketing agencies, and trade associations whose clients need dependable payment processing. You will onboard partners, explain how referrals, revenue sharing, and residuals work, and keep partners active with regular check-ins, co-marketing, and training on which merchants

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B partnerships and channel development.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships with follow-through.
• Strong communication with business owners and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit referral partners such as CPAs, consultants, agencies and associations.
• Onboard partners and explain referrals, revenue sharing and residuals.
• Maintain partner activity with regular check-ins, co-marketing and training.
• Route referred merchants to sales and follow through approvals.
• Answer partner questions about status and residuals in collaboration with operations.
• Track partners, referrals and results in the CRM.
• Gather partner feedback for leadership to improve the program.
