Top Echelon Software, LLC invites entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups to join a nationally recognized labor, employment, and data privacy platform. The opportunity supports autonomy while leveraging extensive firm resources and a national client base.

The firm seeks attorneys with established client relationships in labor, employment, and data privacy, with a portable book of business and a willingness to expand into new markets.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and demonstrated client development/retention.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience in Employment Litigation, Traditional Labor, Labor Relations, Workplace Investigations, Wage & Hour, Counseling and Compliance.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment candidates.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience.
• Strong client relationships and ability to migrate clients to a new platform.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing and strengthening practices.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice using a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and data privacy matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture of responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
