United Future is seeking entrepreneurial Partners and Practice Groups in Labor & Employment/Data Privacy to support strategic growth across multiple U.S. markets.

This hybrid opportunity offers autonomy with a national platform and access to extensive firm resources. Ideal candidates will have an established portable book of business and strong leadership and client-development skills, with experience in Labor & Employment and Data Privacy.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and demonstrated client development/retention.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice on a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace matters and data privacy compliance.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in growth initiatives in targeted markets and practice areas.
