Candidates should bring an established client base, senior leadership experience, and a track record of growing practices while collaborating on cross-office initiatives.

Qualifications

• Established portable book of business and a demonstrated record of client development and retention.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience in labor & employment and data privacy matters.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment candidates.
• Ability to manage relationships across markets and integrate clients onto a new platform.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and data privacy matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor associates and junior attorneys; participate in targeted growth initiatives.
