Confident Search Consultants is seeking entrepreneurial Partner attorneys and practice groups for a nationally recognized Labor & Employment/Data Privacy platform. The role emphasizes autonomy, client development, and leveraging extensive firm resources across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates have established client books, management-side experience in labor and employment, and data privacy expertise. Flexible hybrid/work arrangements support expansion into key markets nationwide.

Qualifications

• Established portable book of business and a demonstrated record of client development and retention.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience in one or more areas: Employment Litigation; Traditional Labor; Labor Relations; Workplace Investigations; Wage & Hour; Counseling and Compliance.
• First-chair litigation experience is highly valued for employment candidates.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience and strong client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding and strengthening existing practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice, leveraging the national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and data privacy matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior attorneys as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives within targeted markets and practice areas.
• Contribute to a culture focused on responsiveness, excellence, collaboration, and client service.
