Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to support and scale our global partner business. In this role, you will analyze data across our partner ecosystem—including sales performance, customer usage, licensing, and marketing—to provide insights into how our partners drive revenue growth, customer adoption, and long‑term retention.

Your work will help leadership make decisions on where to invest, which partners to prioritize, and how to grow our channel business effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, CS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years data analysis experience in SaaS/tech with customer data analytics focus.
• Experience with SaaS B2B metrics such as ARR, NRR, and GRR a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing/RevOps tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze partner performance across regions and channels to drive revenue growth.
• Develop lifecycle metrics and scorecards for engagement, adoption, and training.
• Support ARR, renewals, and pipeline forecasting for leadership.
• Analyze customer movement between direct and partner channels for expansion.
• Measure impact of partner marketing campaigns on acquisition and growth.
• Build predictive models to identify high-risk or high-opportunity partners.
• Create executive dashboards and insights for Sales, Marketing, RevOps.
