Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI team member to join as a Pre-Sales architect, advising large enterprises on Claude deployment and integration. You will combine deep technical expertise with customer-facing skills to design scalable LLM solutions that deliver business value while upholding safety standards.

In collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you’ll guide customers from discovery through deployment, develop evals, and translate requirements into concrete architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or TAM.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers during complex buying cycles.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and align with business objectives.
• Act as the primary technical advisor through discovery, evaluation, and deployment of Claude.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering teams and executives.
