Job summary

The Activation Coordinator at AEG is responsible for onboarding and activating new partner accounts, supporting revenue retention initiatives, and handling essential administrative tasks to ensure a seamless partner experience.

This role serves as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving account success from activation through ongoing support. Strong communication, detail orientation, and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support Account Servicing – manage day-to-day account maintenance and fulfillment of partnership agreements.
• Attend all LA Kings events that require a partnership activation representative to ensure proper activation support.
• Fulfillment of all elements in accounts including promotions, grassroots events, broadcasts, signage, hospitality, etc.
• Preparation of partnership recaps for teams, events and venues at the end of the year/season.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
