Job summary

AEG is seeking an Activation Coordinator to onboard and activate partner accounts, support revenue retention, and perform essential admin tasks to ensure a seamless partner experience. You will serve as the primary contact between clients and internal teams, driving activation through ongoing support.

The role requires involvement in event activations, client hospitality, and contract administration, with a focus on attention to detail and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years in sports and entertainment industry experience desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Attend LA Kings events requiring partnership activation to ensure proper support
• Fulfill partnership elements including promotions, events, broadcasts, signage and hospitality
• Prepare partnership recaps for teams, events and venues in a timely manner
• Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
