Job summary

ETSS Tewahedo Social Services in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Youth Program Supervisor to oversee after-school and summer activities. Job DetailsJob Location: Columbus, OH 43204Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyBasic Function

Responsible for supervising site staff, recruiting students, facilitating the youth program activities, maintaining the site, and performing program-related assignments as needed by the Youth Program Director.

This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week, with on-site days on Tues, Wed, and Thurs, 3 pm-7 pm. The location is at:

Columbus Bilingual West 680 Harrisburg Pike, Columbus, OH 43223

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate development and implementation of all aspects of the after-school and summer programs.
2. Manage all day-to-day operations of the program sites, including organization, maintenance, cleaning, safety, and security.
3. Maintain student files, progress reports, attendance, and other necessary participant documents
4. Establish and maintain relationships and communication with youth, parents, and staff regarding students’ needs and progress.
5. Establish and maintain communication with the participant’s school regarding the student’s needs.
6. Assist in facilitating partnerships with agencies that provide services to students and families.
7. Coordinate and recruit tutors and tutor volunteers
8. Plan curriculum activities and supervise implementation.
9. Supervise, manage, and evaluate staff.
10. Perform tasks pertinent to achieving goals and objectives required by the Youth Program grant, or as deemed necessary by the Program Director.
