Job summary

ETSS Tewahedo Social Services in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Youth Program Supervisor to oversee after-school and summer activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education and/or social services preferred.
• Experience teaching, working with youth in educational programs, and managing staff is valued.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are beneficial for communication with families and students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of all aspects of the after-school and summer programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the program sites, including organization, maintenance, safety, and security.
• Maintain student files, progress reports, attendance, and other participant documents.
• Establish relationships with youth, parents, and staff regarding students’ needs and progress.
