Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our focused wound care team on a part-time basis. You will perform wound assessments, develop personalized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients.
