Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. We serve skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities, delivering high-quality wound care with efficiency in costs and services.

You will conduct wound assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with time management and organization.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities
