Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time wound care role serving skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehab facilities.

You will conduct wound assessments, develop treatment plans, document accurately in EMR, and educate patients and families, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible schedule and malpractice insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Active license in state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities
