Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
