Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time wound care role. You will assess wounds, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a healthcare team to improve resident outcomes.

You will also educate patients and families, document care, and monitor progress using electronic medical records. The ideal candidate holds an active NP license in the state where employed, with at least 1 year of wound care experience and strong communication
