Job summary

Integrated Wound Care seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time wound care role. The team focuses on delivering high-quality wound management in skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities.

The NP will help reduce wound-related hospitalizations and improve resident outcomes while maintaining efficient care delivery. Qualified candidates will hold an active state NP license, have at least 1 year of wound-care experience, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment,

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of wound-care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities
