Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time wound care role. You will conduct wound assessments, create personalized care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include documentation in EMR, patient/family education, and monitoring progress with timely plan adjustments. The ideal candidate holds an active NP license with at least 1 year wound care experience and strong communication skills.

• Active NP license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wound assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
