Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time role focused on wound care. You will assess wounds, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

You will work in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, documenting in electronic medical records, educating patients and families, and balancing clinical duties with work-life flexibility. Malpractice insurance provided.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.
