Responsibilities

• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for employees and immediate family members.
• Makes regular visits to client worksites (usually weekly) to interact with employees.
• Provides referral service and coordinates for specialized assistance.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals for employees or families.
• May provide post-termination care to foster smooth transitions.
• Represents companies to clients in ministry-related contexts.
• Works with executives to respond to leadership requests within agreement scope.
• Maintains appropriate documentation and records.
