Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary, interfaith team.
• Excellent listening and client interaction skills; ability to present to groups.
• Spiritual maturity and Christian lifestyle; alignment with ministry values.
• Diplomacy, patience, and courtesy when engaging diverse groups; maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and oral communication; maintain emotional stability in crises.
• Analytical ability to define problems and identify solutions; interpret policies.
• Proficient with Google Suites or Microsoft Office and general tech literacy.
• Must have valid driver's license and state minimum auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Interacts with employees and community showing character through disciplines.
• Makes regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to build relationships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families on personal issues.
• Coordinates referrals for specialized assistance to employees and families.
• May assist in planning or attending funerals and providing post‑loss support.
• Responds to duties requested by executive leadership within the agreement scope.
