Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains seeks a Part-time Chaplain to serve one or more client worksites remotely, providing spiritual care for employees and their families. The role involves weekly visits, confidential discussions, and coordinating referrals as needed, in alignment with Christian ministry principles.

The Chaplain will participate in new employee orientation, support bereavement and life-events, and collaborate with client leadership to promote care and well-being within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provides spiritual support, visits worksites weekly, and builds relationships with employees and families.
• Delivers confidential pastoral discussions and coordinates referrals for specialized help.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals and provides post-termination care when needed.
• Represents Marketplace Chaplains to client companies and participates in new employee orientation.
