Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a Part-Time Patient TV Support Representative for the NorthShore University Hospital pCare Services. You will provide in-person assistance to patients and staff, helping them use bedside TVs and related technology to stay informed and connected during their stay.

The role emphasizes friendly, customer-focused service, basic troubleshooting, and accurate documentation. Shifts are Fri-Sun, 12PM-6PM, at the North Shore University Hospital campus.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff to ensure services meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (tv, pillow speakers, phones).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
