Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage and assist with skill-building activities, help participants grow their personal goals, and accompany them to community activities outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on compassionate, patient care and strong communication. Background checks and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes.
