Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Direct Care Workers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building and accompany recipients to community activities to help achieve personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule. We value compassionate, patient, and dependable team members with strong communication skills who can follow care plans and work independently.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable individuals are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans is expected.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments is needed.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in recipients' homes and support daily living activities.
