Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in their homes, guiding and encouraging skill-building activities. You will help expand goals beyond the home by taking clients into the community.

We offer full and part-time roles with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to simplify onboarding for dedicated caregivers in Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients.
