Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan.

You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and you may bring clients into the community to pursue personal goals beyond the home environment. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 caregiving in recipients' homes across Southeast Michigan.
