Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and you'll also bring them into the community to grow personal goals outside of the home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on making a real difference in the lives of Recipients and their families while enjoying a flexible schedule and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home caregiving to recipients.
• Support and encourage skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to pursue personal goals.
