Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, bringing clients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients in Southeast Michigan
• Assist with skill-building activities and personal goals
