Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing encouragement, support, and help with skill-building activities.

You will also accompany recipients into the community to foster personal goals outside the home, with full- or part-time opportunities and a welcoming, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Encourage skill-building activities and independence.
• Accompany recipients into the community to foster goals.
• Follow care plans and ensure safety during visits.
