Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes throughout Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while also taking clients into the community to advance personal goals.

We offer full and part-time roles with paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay; the interview process is virtual and there are opportunities for benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Able to pass background checks.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in clients' homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and encourage progress.
