Job summary

Cadmus Group seeks an experienced, part-time professional (approximately 20 hours per week) with a strong background as a technical assistance provider and/or regulator for water utilities. The role supports SDWA and CWA compliance through onsite and remote guidance, field work, and collaboration with regulators and operators.

You will travel to utilities as needed, assist government agencies, and contribute to infrastructure, regulatory, and public health improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with coursework in engineering, public health, environmental science and policy and 8+ years experience, or a Bachelor’s with 10+ years.
• Experience with SDWA and/or CWA regulatory programs.
• Experience inspecting water utilities.
• Certification as a water and/or wastewater operator preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in support of technical assistance to drinking water and wastewater utilities, regulatory program implementation oversight activities, and guidance development.
• Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment in client and colleague interactions.
