Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking clinicians to deliver evidence-based virtual therapy for K-12 students in a flexible, part-time role. You will coordinate with families, school staff, and care teams while maintaining thorough documentation and safety protocols.

As a Hazel clinician, you’ll have administrative support, a steady stream of referrals, and the security of W-2 employment. Zone-based session pay is provided, with compensation for non-session work and guaranteed availability.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure care aligns with evidence-based practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk following safety protocols.
