Hazel Health is recruiting for a part-time, virtual clinician to deliver evidence-based therapy to K-12 students. The role leverages telehealth, with administrative and credentialing support provided by Hazel Health so you can focus on clinical care.

We partner with schools and recently joined Little Otter to expand family-centered pediatric mental health services. A flexible schedule and reliable referrals help you make a meaningful impact on student well-being.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
