• Perform teller-like transactions via video link with customers.
• Resolve routine issues or refer customers to appropriate staff; aim for efficient, accurate processing.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet customers’ needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
