Truist is seeking team players to process client transactions accurately, educate customers on digital channels, and assist with outbound outreach to identify client needs. The role emphasizes integrity, attention to detail, and strong service orientation.

Regular work hours with potential weekend shifts, and travel as needed to cover staffing needs. Ideal for candidates with cash handling or client service experience and solid PC skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
