Job summary

Truist Bank is seeking a Regular, full-time team member to provide timely client transactions and accurate records while delivering superior service. You will identify client financial needs, educate on digital channels, and participate in outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, handling complex and standard transactions, and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and knowledge meetings to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
