Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and perform complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales process by outbound calling and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
