Job summary

Truist is hiring a Part Time Universal Banker to provide timely and accurate client transactions while delivering superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and assist with IRM activities to meet customer needs.

The role requires weekend availability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a branch setting. Benefits and regular hours are offered as part of Truist’s workplace program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and facilitating transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
