Job summary

Truist in the United States (Virginia/Hampton area) seeks a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver a distinctive client experience and complex transactions. The role includes outbound calling, supporting sales activities, and assisting with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

The candidate will educate clients on digital banking, work weekend/extended hours as needed, and adhere to risk and control policies while providing excellent service to both consumers and businesses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and performing complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support team sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training sessions and e-learning to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
