Job summary

Truist in Virginia Beach is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver a high-quality client experience, handle transactions, and identify client financial needs. You will educate clients on online and mobile banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support sales while aligning with IRM processes.

Responsibilities include handling frontline service, learning products, and maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, completing transactions, and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales by outbound calls and referring clients to branch teammates.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue training and product knowledge to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.

Skills

Two years of teller or cash handling

Two years of client service experience

Six months of client relationship

Excellent interpersonal and written/sp
