Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker in Roanoke, VA to deliver a high-quality client experience across complex and standard banking transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound calling, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management efforts.

The role requires in-person presence, weekend availability, and the ability to travel for temporary staffing as needed, with a base hourly rate and potential incentive pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound client outreach and IRM activities to identify needs.
• Support the sales process and refer clients to branch team members as needed.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
