Job summary

Truist in Wylie, TX is seeking a Regular position focused on teller and client service duties. You will handle transactions, educate clients on digital banking options, and support sales efforts with outbound outreach and needs based referrals.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and availability for weekends and varying hours. Banking knowledge and travel for temporary staffing may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; some travel and overnights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and thorough transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
