Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Retail Customer Service/Teller in DeSoto, TX. You will deliver a distinctive client experience, complete complex and standard transactions, and help uncover client needs while keeping precise records and cash handling controls.

You will guide clients to digital banking tools, participate in outbound outreach, and collaborate with branch staff to provide Integrated Relationship Management solutions. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience, completing transactions and identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
