Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-service oriented teller/Client Service Associate for a full-time on-site role in the Dallas area. You will provide accurate client transactions, educate clients on digital banking options, and help assess and meet financial needs.

You will also support the sales process through outbound outreach, referrals, and proactive client outreach while adhering to controls and policies. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong PC and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on digital channels (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend meetings and training to grow product knowledge.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with new account openings and issue resolution.
