Job summary

Truist in Plano, TX seeks a Regular Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely, accurate transactions and superb service. You will educate clients on digital banking, though self-service tools, and support outbound outreach.

You will build relationships, understand client needs, comply with controls and risk management, and assist with IRM activities; some travel or extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient with PC and branch automation software.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through transactions and courtesy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and needs identification.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to serve client needs.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
