Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused banking professional for a Regular position in Florida. You will engage clients, conduct transactions, and educate customers on digital banking tools while supporting the sales process and delivering Truist solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, adherence to policies, and ongoing product knowledge through training. Weekend/extended hours may be required with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a courteous conversation and transactional support.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and risk management; ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, aligning clients with products and services.
