Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours; occasional travel/overnights may be included.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and PC keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Maintain knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
