Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to provide timely client service, process transactions accurately, and educate clients on digital banking options. You will support sales and IRM activities, helping clients with outbound outreach and cross-sell opportunities.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years teller or client service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task. Regular shift in the United States with potential travel; benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
