Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Teller/Client Service Associate to provide a distinctive client experience through accurate transaction handling and proactive needs discovery. You will educate clients on digital banking tools and support outbound outreach to identify opportunities for branch sales and service.

Join a team focused on IRM integration, continuous learning, and adherence to internal controls. Weekend hours and travel may be required to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with PC and branch software.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing.
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous service and handle transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and referrals to branch specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to serve clients' needs.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing product and service knowledge through training.
